TOD MARTIN - PRINCIPLE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Tod is a registered Structural Engineer in California with over 22 years of experience. He graduated in 1988 with a BS in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. His first engineering experience was at Coneer Engineering where he designed mainly tilt up warehouse and office buildings. From 1991 to 2003, he was a structural engineer at Josephson Werdowatz & Associates where his role was design engineer for all types of buildings and expert witness for construction defect cases. In 2003, he started Martin Structural Consulting. He has since been the engineer of record for hundreds of custom residential projects and many steel, masonry, and concrete commercial structures.

LOUIS DISTEFANO – AUTOCLAD DRAFTSMAN
Louis has over 17 years of drafting experience. He graduated with a Technical Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting from High Tech Institute in Phoenix, AZ. His first position was at ESA Inc. where he provided AutoCad drawings on co-generation power plants. From 1996 to 2003, he was at Josephson Werdowatz & Associates where he provided drafting services on all types of buildings and 3D modeling for trial presentations. Since 2003, he has been the head draftsman with Martin Structural Consulting. He has extensive experience and expertise in AutoCad.
